Unfortunately, I encountered a few issues that detracted from my experience. The air conditioning in my room required you to place the key in a slot to function, making it quite uncomfortable when coming back after being out. Additionally, I noticed ants in the bathroom that were not adequately addressed despite notifying the staff. Lastly, the initial check-in process was frustrating as I wasn't informed that a deposit would be billed ahead of time.

Really close to the airport, which was super handy! Staff was helpful, but the air quality was awful and the room had insects. Pretty disappointing overall. 😕

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and we enjoyed tasty meals at the on-site restaurant. We visited a local market and the beautiful Plaza Grande, both easily accessible. I recommend asking the staff for their best local tips!

One downside was that the pillows in our room were really uncomfortable, making it tough to get a good night's rest after our busy days.

Spent a night here and it was just what we needed. The pools are huge and awesome for relaxing. Our room was clean and comfy, but the towels could definitely use an upgrade. The staff were super helpful—shoutout to the bellman, he really helped with our bags! The bar by the pool served great drinks too.

Perfect for a couple getaway

The staff was genuinely warm! They called my room to confirm our early taxi, which was impressive. Besides that, the pool area was lush, even had hammocks to just chill out, you know?
